E mihi ana mātou ki ngā iwi taketake o tēnei whenua, arā, ki ngā iwi Yugambeh me ngā iwi Yuggera. E whakahonore ana mātou i ngā kaumātua o mua, o ināianei, ā, o muri ake nei. E mōhio ana mātou ko rātou ngā kaitiaki o tēnei whenua, ā, ka whakaute mātou i tō rātou hononga hōhonu ki te whenua, ki ngā wai, me ngā tikanga tuku iho. E tautoko ana mātou i te ara whakahoahoa, te māramatanga, me te whakatikatika.

We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we gather, the Yugambeh people and the Yuggera people. We pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging. We recognise that they are the guardians of this land, and we respect their deep connection to the land, the waters, and their ancestral traditions. We support the path of partnership, understanding, and reconciliation

"Kāinga atu i te kāinga"

"Home away from home"

Kiwi Kids is a nurturing, culturally grounded early learning centre for tamariki aged 15 months to 5 years, located in the heart of Logan.

Established in 2019, our bilingual Te Reo Māori and English centre provides children with opportunities to grow confidently in both languages while developing cultural awareness, belonging, and pride in identity.

We are proud to be:

  • Centrelink Child Care Subsidy (CCS) Approved

  • Meeting the National Quality Standard

  • Supported by experienced, caring, and qualified educators

At Kiwi Kids, our centre is a home away from home — kāinga atu i te kāinga — where whānau feel supported, cultures are embraced, traditions are celebrated, and every child is welcomed with warmth and aroha.

Through meaningful relationships and the beauty of Te Ao Māori, we create an environment where tamariki can learn, grow, and thrive in a multicultural world.
